Studio terms and refunds

1. Who we are

Sorted Studio is sold and run by Sorted Agency LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("Sorted", "we"). By buying a license or using the plugin you agree to these terms.

2. Your license

A license lets you use the Sorted Studio Figma plugin for the plan you bought:

• BFCM Pack: 1 brand, Black Friday and Cyber Monday emails, through December 31, 2026.
• Studio: 1 brand, every campaign and flow, for one year from payment while the subscription is active.
• Agency: up to 10 client brands, white-label, for one year while active.
• Unlimited: unlimited client brands, white-label, for one year while active.

A brand is one store website. Your license attaches to the first brand you build for. Single-brand plans include one free move to a different brand, for a typo, a rebrand or the wrong store. Need more than 10 brands on Agency? Email us and we move you to Unlimited.

Licenses are for your own business or, on Agency plans, your own clients. You may not resell, share or publish your license key, or redistribute or modify the plugin itself.

3. Free plan

Without a license you can build one full email per brand for free, with a small watermark. The trial exists so you can judge the output on your own brand before you pay.

4. Payments and renewals

• All prices are in USD and processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• The BFCM Pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews.
• Studio, Agency and Unlimited are yearly subscriptions. They renew automatically each year at the price you first paid, including any early-bird or one-time offer price, for as long as the subscription stays active.
• Cancel any time, online, by sending our ready-made cancellation email (it opens addressed and filled in, just press send), by replying to your license email, or by writing to studio@sorted.agency. Your license keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
• Prices shown with a struck-through amount are early-bird prices. After the stated end date, new purchases pay the higher price.

5. Refunds

BFCM Pack ($49): because you can try a full email free before buying, this plan is not refundable once your license key has been issued. If Studio fails to work for you because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix, we refund it.

Studio, Agency and Unlimited: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of a renewal, no questions asked. Email studio@sorted.agency from the address you paid with. After 14 days, payments are not refundable, and cancelling stops the next renewal.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded license stops working.

6. Your Claude key and costs

Studio writes with your own Anthropic Claude API key. Anthropic bills you directly for that usage at their rates. We add no markup and charge nothing for it. Your key is saved in Figma's local plugin storage on your computer and passed over HTTPS through our server to Anthropic for each request. We never store or log it. Your use of Claude is also subject to Anthropic's own terms.

7. What we store

• License: the email you paid with, your plan, amount, renewal date and status, and the brand domains attached to your license, held in Stripe and our database.
• Free plan: one-way hashes of the brand domain and Claude key used for a free email, so the trial is counted once. The hashes cannot be turned back into the domain or key.
• Brand reading: Studio reads public pages of the website you enter (colors, fonts, logo, copy, products and images) to build your brand kit. We do not keep copies of the emails Studio writes or of your Figma files.

Our Privacy Policy covers everything else, including how to ask us to delete your data.

8. Your emails and content

You own the emails, copy and designs Studio builds for you, and anything you put into it. The plugin itself, its block library, prompts and rules remain ours.

Studio uses AI and can make mistakes. It is built to use only facts from your site, but you are responsible for checking every email before you send it: offers, prices, product claims, discount codes and legal requirements such as unsubscribe links and your postal address.

9. Acceptable use

Use Studio only for brands you own or are authorised to work on. Do not use it to impersonate another business, to build phishing or deceptive emails, to send spam, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend a license used this way, without refund.

10. Updates and availability

We improve Studio regularly and may change features, layouts and email types. Studio depends on Figma and Anthropic, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes. If we ever stop offering Studio, we refund the unused part of any yearly plan.

11. Limitation of liability

Studio is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about Studio is limited to the amount you paid us for Studio in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits, or for emails you choose to send.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved as set out in our general Terms.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown at the top. For material changes to paid plans we email active customers first.
