What access do you need from me

Klaviyo at manager level, Shopify staff access with theme and orders permissions, your brand assets and product images, and DNS access or your developer for the sending domain records. Access on day 0 is what keeps the timeline on track.

I am not on Klaviyo yet

We migrate you as part of the build if you are on Mailchimp, Omnisend, Sendlane or Attentive. Migration adds 3 business days and no cost on Growth and Full Funnel. On Starter it is quoted separately.

No. One payment for a fixed scope. Nothing renews and no card is stored for future billing. If you want ongoing management after Dec 5 that is a separate conversation with no obligation.

Who writes the copy and does the design

The same team that sent 40M+ emails during BFCM week last year. A strategist, a copywriter and a designer are assigned on day 0 and you meet them on the kickoff call. Nothing is outsourced outside our team.

Can you work alongside my in house team or current agency

12+ agencies already white label this team. We can build under your brand, hand over documentation, and stay out of any channel you do not want touched.

Does the price include Klaviyo fees or ad spend

No. You pay Klaviyo and any SMS provider directly and you control your own ad spend. The package price covers the work only.

What if I need more emails than the package includes

Extra emails are added at a fixed rate before build starts, or you move up a package and pay the difference. We flag the gap during the day 1 audit, before you have committed to a calendar.

How do revisions work

Two rounds per asset, consolidated. Round one covers copy and layout, round two is final polish. Feedback comes back in one document per round so nothing gets lost, and each round has a 48 hour turnaround.

What is the refund policy

Full refund if we miss the launch date agreed at kickoff for reasons on our side. After you approve the strategy on day 3 the scope is locked, so change of mind refunds are not available past that point. It is all in the one page agreement you get at kickoff.

How late can I buy and still be live for Black Friday

Booking closes Oct 31, or when the 10 build slots at 50% off are gone. That date is the delivery math: Full Funnel takes 14 business days and Nov 2 to Nov 20 is 15, so Oct 31 is the last day the largest build can still be live before early access opens. If you are reading this late in October, buy the package that fits the days left rather than the one you wish you had time for.

How does payment and paperwork work

Stripe checkout in USD, card or bank. You get a receipt and an invoice from Sorted Agency LLC. A one page agreement and an NDA go out with the kickoff email and can be signed the same day.
