What counts as a brand?
One client store website. Agency covers 10 brands. Unlimited has no cap. Outgrow 10? Email studio@sorted.agency and we move you to Unlimited.
What does it cost to run on top of the plan?
Nothing. Sorted Studio AI is included, so your team needs no API key. Agency builds 600 emails a month across your brands, Unlimited 1,500. On Unlimited you can also plug in your own Claude key and drop the monthly limit.
Can my designers use our existing client libraries?
Yes. Studio reads layer names, not positions, so it fills your own blocks with copy, products and images. Your designers keep control of the look.
Which email platforms does it work with?
Any. Studio designs at the standard 600px width in Figma. Export and build in Klaviyo, Shopify Email, Mailchimp or anything else the way you already do. Subject lines and preview text come with every email.
How do the yearly plans renew?
Once a year at the same price. Cancel any time by replying to your license email and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
