Your clients want email and SMS. Your team is already full. A senior Klaviyo hire in the US takes months to find and costs six figures before benefits, and if that person leaves, the flows they built leave with their knowledge. That is the gap a white-label partner fills: the work gets done to a standard you can put your name on, and your client only ever sees your agency.
This page explains exactly how we do that for agencies: what we build, how delivery runs day to day, what it costs per client account, what we will never do, and how a first account gets onboarded in week one. It also covers how to vet any white-label Klaviyo partner, including us.
What you get, under your brand
You sell retention. We build and run it. Every deliverable goes out under your name, in your format, through your channels. A typical client account includes:
- Flows: 10 to 15 automated flows per client, built in order of revenue impact, from welcome and abandoned checkout through post purchase, replenishment and win-back.
- Campaigns: weekly campaigns planned on a monthly calendar, written, designed, built, QA'd and scheduled.
- Segmentation: engagement tiers, purchase-based segments, VIP and lapsed groups, and suppression rules so buyers stop getting sold the product they just bought.
- SMS: Klaviyo SMS flows and campaigns where the client has consent-based subscribers, with quiet hours and frequency caps.
- Deliverability: sending domain, SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment, list hygiene and a sunset policy.
- Reporting: a monthly report in your template, with your logo, ready for you to send.
Delivery is done by a 100% US-trained team working US hours, so the work happens inside your agency's day. And the economics are simple to compare. It is $21,600 a year for one Sorted specialist against $110k+ for a US hire, and the specialist arrives already trained on D2C Klaviyo accounts instead of learning on your client's.
How white-label delivery works
White-label only works if it is invisible in practice, not just in the contract. These are the mechanics we run on every agency account:
- Mutual NDA before anything. We sign before we see a single client account. Non-solicitation of your clients is standard.
- Your Slack, your project tool. We join your workspace and your PM tool. Briefs, approvals and questions stay where your team already works.
- Your domain, if you want it. If you want us on client threads, we work from an address on your domain that you create and control, so it can be switched off at any time.
- Your report template. Send us the template your clients already receive. We fill it. If you do not have one, we build one in your brand that you keep.
- Named-user access. Each specialist gets their own login to the client's Klaviyo through a central vault. No shared passwords.
- Inside your working day. A 100% US-trained team working US hours, so questions get answered while your account managers are online, not the next morning.
- US paper. You contract with Sorted Agency LLC, with USD invoicing on standard US terms.
| Task | Your agency | Sorted |
|---|---|---|
| Win and manage the client | Yes | No |
| Set the strategy direction and approve it | Yes | We draft it for you |
| Build flows, segments and templates | Review | Yes |
| Write, design and build campaigns | Approve | Yes |
| QA, test sends and scheduling | Spot check | Yes |
| Monthly report | Send it | Build it in your template |
| Client calls | Lead them | Join as your team, if you ask |
| Invoice the client | Yes | Never |
What we build: flows, campaigns, SMS, BFCM
Flows, in the order we build them
Order matters more than count. A new account gets the flows that recover revenue already walking out of the store first, then the flows that create repeat purchases.
| Order | Flow | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Welcome series | Turns a new subscriber into a first order, with the offer from the signup form |
| 2 | Abandoned checkout | Follows up on a started checkout, by email and SMS where there is consent |
| 3 | Abandoned cart | Catches add-to-cart without checkout, which Shopify alone does not track |
| 4 | Browse abandonment | Follows product views from known profiles |
| 5 | Post purchase | Sets delivery expectations, cuts support tickets, asks for the review |
| 6 | Replenishment or cross-sell | Times the next order to how long the product lasts |
| 7 | Win-back | Re-engages lapsed customers before they are written off |
| 8 | Sunset | Removes unengaged profiles to protect deliverability and the Klaviyo bill |
| 9 to 15 | Back in stock, VIP, birthday, price drop, review and loyalty flows | Added by catalog and margin, not by habit |
Campaigns
We plan a month of campaigns at a time, aligned to the client's launches and promotions, and send to engagement-based segments rather than the whole list. Each campaign gets copy, design, build, a QA pass on desktop and mobile, and a test send to your team before it is scheduled.
SMS
SMS goes to subscribers who opted in to SMS, with quiet hours respected in the recipient's time zone and a cap on frequency. We use it for the moments that are time sensitive: checkout recovery, early access, launch day, last call.
BFCM
Black Friday is where white-label capacity matters most, because every one of your clients needs a calendar at the same time. We build the full BFCM program in each client's account: calendar, segments, offer-aware flow overrides, SMS and the post-BFCM report. The detail is on our BFCM email and SMS agency page.
Turnaround and SLAs
Most white-label pages promise speed and never write it down. We write it down per account. In week one we agree turnaround times with you for each type of request, and they go into the statement of work for that account. That way the SLA matches your client's reality, not a number on a marketing page.
| What the SLA covers | How it is set |
|---|---|
| Campaign from approved brief to scheduled | Agreed per account in week one |
| Revision rounds per asset | Agreed per account in week one |
| New flow from approved map to live | Agreed per account in week one |
| Response to a question in your Slack | During US hours, inside your working day |
| Access removal when a client leaves | Within 24 hours of your request |
| Who does the work | 100% US-trained team working US hours |
| Reporting | Monthly, in your template, on the date you set |
A dedicated specialist is the stronger SLA, because that person works 40 hours a week only for your agency and knows every one of your accounts. If they leave, we replace them, so the knowledge sits with the team, not one person.
Pricing per client account
These are the same prices published on our agencies page. They are wholesale: you set the retail price to your client.
| Model | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Per-service white-label | From $1,200 a month, per client account | Agencies with 1 to 15 clients who want to start with one account. On or off monthly. |
| Dedicated specialist | From $1,800 a month ($21,600 a year) | Agencies with steady Klaviyo volume. 40 hours a week, your Slack, your brand. |
| Full pod | Custom, scoped on a call | Agencies serving 6+ accounts across retention, paid and creative, with a named delivery lead. |
What moves the price of a single account above the starting rate:
- Campaign volume. Two campaigns a week is a different month from five.
- SMS. A second channel means a second calendar and its own compliance work.
- Design depth. Template-based builds cost less than fully custom design on every send.
- Catalog and stores. Multiple storefronts, languages or currencies multiply the builds.
- The starting state. Rebuilding a broken account costs more in month one than maintaining a healthy one.
Not included in any model: the client's Klaviyo subscription and SMS sending fees, which the client pays Klaviyo directly. For a full view of what brands pay agencies and the platform, see our Klaviyo agency pricing guide for 2026.
A worked margin example
Say you bill a client $4,000 a month for Klaviyo, in the middle of the $3,000 to $5,000 starting range one US agency publishes for its own retainers. If the scope fits our starting rate of $1,200, your gross margin is $2,800 a month, 70%, before your own account management time. If the scope needs more, we quote it before you price it, so you never learn your margin after the contract is signed.
Proof
Agencies buy white-label so their clients see them, not us, so we keep partner and client names off pages like this one. Here is what we can say:
- 100+ D2C brands worked with across email, ads and Shopify.
- $425M in client Shopify revenue in 2025, and $100M+ in Klaviyo-attributed revenue across client accounts.
- 40M+ emails sent across our clients in BFCM 2025.
- Email at 35 to 40% of revenue for our top clients.
- $30M+ in managed ad spend, at a 4.5x average ROAS, for agencies that want Meta under the same partner.
Dashboards and screenshots from accounts we run are on our work page. On a call, we will give you two agency references you can speak to directly.
How we stay invisible, and what we never do
The real risk of white-label is not quality. It is a partner who decides your client would be better off as their client. So here is the list, in writing:
- We never contact your client without you, and never outside the channels you set up.
- We never pitch your client, and our agreement includes non-solicitation of your clients.
- We never put Sorted branding on a report, email, Slack message or call.
- We never keep the work. IP in flows, templates, copy and strategy documents is assigned to you.
- We never hold access hostage. Access is removed within 24 hours of your request.
Onboarding your first client account in week one
A first account is where you find out whether a partner is real. This is the sequence we run:
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | Mutual NDA and agreement signed. Slack channel and PM tool access set up. |
| Day 1 to 2 | You grant Klaviyo and Shopify access. We audit the account: flows, segments, deliverability, list health. |
| Day 3 | Audit and 90-day plan delivered to you, in your brand, ready to present to the client. |
| Day 4 | You present. We agree turnaround times and the reporting date for this account. |
| Day 5 | First priority flow in build, first campaign brief on the calendar. |
By the end of week one, your client has seen a plan with your name on it and work is in progress. Week two onward is normal delivery.
How to vet any white-label Klaviyo partner
Ask these questions of any partner, including us. Vague answers are the answer.
- Is Klaviyo your main platform, or one of dozens? A team that supports forty email tools has broad coverage and shallow depth on each.
- Can I see a flow map you built, with revenue by flow? Real partners have them, anonymized.
- What is written in the non-solicitation clause? Read the clause, not the sales line.
- Who owns the IP if we part ways? It should be you, in writing.
- How do you handle access? Shared passwords are a red flag.
- What turnaround will you commit to in the SOW? If it is not written per account, it is not an SLA.
- Can I speak to two agencies you work with? Not testimonials. Phone calls.
Who this is not for
- Agencies whose clients are mostly not on Klaviyo. We go deep on one platform, not wide on forty.
- Agencies that want a template pack or a one-off audit to resell. This is ongoing delivery.
- Agencies with no Shopify or D2C clients. Our flows, segments and benchmarks are built for D2C ecommerce.
- Brands looking for an agency directly. You want our Klaviyo agency page instead.
If you are a brand, see our Klaviyo agency service for Shopify brands. If you are an agency and want Meta, Shopify or creative under the same partner, the full set of models is on the agencies page. To price your first account, apply to partner or get in touch.
