How to know if emails are landing in spam?

Use Google Postmaster Tools (free) to monitor domain reputation. Check Klaviyo spam complaint rate — above 0.1% is a danger signal.

What is DMARC?

DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with emails that fail SPF or DKIM. Google and Yahoo require DMARC for bulk senders. Missing it is a major vulnerability.

Open rates dropped 40% — deliverability issue?

Check: recent sending domain or volume change, Google Postmaster domain reputation, Klaviyo spam complaint rate. Two pointing the same direction is usually the cause.
