Does this work for non-Shopify stores?

Yes. The flow logic works for any Klaviyo-connected store. The dynamic product block setup varies slightly for WooCommerce and BigCommerce โ€” instructions for both are included.

Should I offer a discount in the abandoned cart flow?

Only in Email 3, and only to people who didn't click Email 2. Offering a discount to people who were going to buy anyway kills your margin. The conditional logic for this is built into the template.

What open rates should I expect?

Across our client base: Email 1 averages 52% open rate, Email 2 averages 38%, Email 3 averages 31%, Email 4 averages 29%. Your numbers will vary based on list quality and brand trust.
