Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via wire, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other electronic payment methods as agreed upon.
  • Currency: All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified in the contract.

2. Pricing

  • Tailored Pricing: Our pricing structure is tailored based on the specific requirements of each customer. The scope, complexity, and nature of the services requested will influence the final pricing. This ensures that our clients receive customized solutions that meet their unique needs and objectives. Detailed pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any project.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you decide to cancel a project after work has commenced, you must notify us in writing at [email protected]. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed, and payment must be made accordingly.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, non-payment or breach of contract by the client. In such cases, the client will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be processed based on the work completed.

4. Refund Policy

  • Consulting Services: Payments made for consulting sessions or strategy development are non-refundable due to the nature of these services.
  • Software Development Services: Refunds for software development services are handled on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will depend on the progress of the project and the terms outlined in the service agreement.
  • Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.
  • No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
